Why watch this? If you don't mind a little fake blood, I recommend the segment called Live Organ Donors.

It pokes fun at everything... and everybody. It's absurdist satire at its most vitriolic. If you can get past that, it also happens to be extremely hilarious. Mature audiences ONLY!
