				"I'm afraid that the visit
of a such distinguished critic may cause my children to become
				conceited.
To you they are wax, but to me their creator, they
				live and breathe." –
				Prof. Henry Jarod
				Why watch this? ...
this classic is set in a creepy wax museum with eerily life-like
				statues.
				Plot Summary:
Professor Henry Jarrod is a passionate wax sculptor
whose creations are destroyed when his business partner burns
down their museum for insurance money. Jarrod miraculously
survives the fire but is horribly disfigured and left unable to
sculpt. Some time later, bodies begin disappearing from the city
morgue, and Jarrod opens a new wax museum featuring exhibits of
historical figures who have been murdered in gruesome and
				shocking ways. Dad's Preview:
This gothic tale centers on the eventual madness of a wax museum
curator. It was originally shown in 3D, a gimmick used often in
the 1950's. This tingler also revitalized the career of
Vincent Price, and would start a run of films where he was often
featured portraying sophisticated, deranged, and murderous characters. Few
actors could utter horror-centric lines like the legendary Mr.
Price. Also, look for a young, buff Charles Bronson as the doctor's
				stern assistant, Igor.

				Bros.
