Why watch this?
If you want to be really - deeply - creeped out, this is for
you.
Plot Summary: A
concerned father named Frank tries to protect his young daughter
and investigate the radical, experimental psychotherapy methods
used on his institutionalized wife, Nola. His investigation
unfolds against a backdrop of bizarre and violent attacks
carried out by a mysterious group of strange, child-like
figures. Then he uncovers the terrifying connection between his
wife's emotional state and these external threats.

Dad's Preview:
From the eerie mind of director David Cronenberg comes a
demented journey into mental health madness. A father is
worried about his ex-wife's psychologist's methods. Then
people start to die in the most brutal ways. To give
away more is to give away too much. Trust me, this is a
film that will hold your interest, that is, if you can
stomach a little weird, spooky, body-horror violence.
The great ending is one for the ages, and you won't soon
forget it. |
