Why watch this? I
was pleasantly surprised that this film was so watchable.
Plot Summary:
Ten years after preventing Judgment Day, John Connor lives off
the grid, fearing that Skynet still pursues him. A new, advanced
Terminator, the T-X, arrives from the future to eliminate his
future allies in the Resistance, including his future wife, Kate
Brewster. A reprogrammed T-850 Terminator is also sent back to
protect John and Kate from the relentless T-X.

Dad's Preview:
T3 had the almost impossible task of following the incredible
Terminator 2 (1991).
Director James Cameron passed on it. However, this third
installment is a darn good film. John Connor, the man who
will lead the rebellion against the machines, is older now. A new
Terminator, the lethally female T-X, is sent back from the future to kill
Connor. Mankind likewise sends another Terminator (again Arnold
Schwarzenegger), model T-850, to
protect John. It's basically a big, action-filled chase sequence
all heading to zero hour, D-Day, when humanity is all but wiped
out. The question, can Connor survive to eventually become our
leader? It's great popcorn fare, so enjoy! |
