				"I hear everything.

				Superman
				Why watch this? A
sweet little movie, and homage, but it needed more punch.
				Plot Summary:
Superman returns to Earth after a five-year absence, during
which he searched for the remnants of Krypton, only to discover
that Lois Lane has moved on and started a family. Meanwhile, Lex
Luthor, released from prison, has stolen Kryptonian crystals and
devised a plan to create a new continent that threatens to
displace North America. Superman must overcome his personal
struggles and Lois's initial reluctance to save the world and
stop Luthor's diabolical plan. Dad's Preview:
By 2006, fans wanted a new Superman movie. Hot off two
				successful X-Men films, director

Brian Singer was brought in, and a superb cast was
assembled, including newcomer Brandon Routh to don the blue
spandex. So what happened? Simply put, it fell flat with
audiences. There are some really cool moments, like the bullet
bouncing off Superman's eyeball, however most of this effort
just seemed too tame. Perhaps this sequel to the original
Superman movies was too focus on paying tribute to the past,
when it should have centered to paving new ground, taking more
risks. I do feel that Kevin Spacey's turn as Luthor may be even
better than Gene Hackman (there I said it!). Routh as Superman
did too good a job impersonating Christopher Reeve's
every mannerism (it was kinda creepy).
