"When you botched that spell, where you wanted everyone to forget that Peter Parker is Spider-Man, we started getting some visitors from every universe." – Doctor Strange

Why watch this? The third Spider-Holland is a crazy multi-verse thrill ride.

Plot Summary: Mysterio reveals Spider-Man's identity to the world, turning Peter Parker's life upside down and endangering those close to him. To rectify this, Peter seeks Doctor Strange's help to cast a spell that will make everyone forget he is Spider-Man. However, the spell goes awry and tears open the multiverse, unleashing powerful villains from alternate universes who have fought different versions of Spider-Man.

Dad's Preview: So I'm like is the spidey-film too far? Are we spidered-out? The answer is "No today!" This Sony/Marvel movie, though a bit busy at times, delivers some really nice cinematic moments. Holland is vulnerable, funny and strong. Zendaya excels as MJ. Then we get the return of a host of spider-characters: The Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, and Electro. The really special moment is the return of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield as Spider-men from past Sony universes. You know, the old gang all looked pretty good, so I simply went with it. It's fun and that's all you can really ask for in one of these Super-hero extravaganzas! (That said, I am really over the whole multi-verse thingy.)
