Plot Summary: Miles Morales, a teenager struggling with fitting in at school and living up to parental expectations, is bitten by a radioactive spider. When he witnesses a fight between his universe's Spider-Man and the Green Goblin, a dimensional collider, created by Kingpin, pulls various Spider-people from other realities into his own. Miles must learn to embrace his powers and work alongside these alternate Spider-heroes to stop Kingpin from further endangering the multiverse.

Dad's Preview: Where did this little animated gem come from? Yet here it is, and it is Amazing. This computer-generated film received universal acclaim at the box office and from critics. The plot, which merges multiple "spidey universes" takes us on quite a mind-bending journey. It also, in an over-saturated super-hero film market, manages to be completely fresh. Marvel, again, pulls off a big win.
