"Everyone keeps telling me how my story is supposed to go. Nah... I'm-a do my own thing." - Miles Morales

Why watch this? Better than the original, and leaves us wanting more.

Plot Summary: After events in the first film, Miles and Gwen are back on in their own universes, struggling to move on and missing each other. A new foe emerges, the Spot (whose powers are comical, yet very dangerous), who vows revenge on Spider-Miles. Meanwhile, Gwen joins an elite universe-jumping Spider team, that allows her to see Miles again, but ends up causing more disastrous problems.

Dad's Preview: This film sequel is again visually stunning and beyond creative, yet somehow continues to develop existing characters, and introduce a plethora of new ones. I wonder how much we will look back on these Spidey "verse" films and say, "Wow, these really helped to bring us all together." I sure hope they accomplish that feat.
