				Why watch this?
We're harkened back to a simpler time, and the lure of fly
				fishing in Montana.
				Plot Summary:
Based on Norman Maclean's semi-autobiographical novella, the
film follows two brothers, Norman and Paul Maclean, growing up
in rural Montana in the early 20th century under the strict but
loving guidance of their Presbyterian minister father. While
both share a passion for the art of fly-fishing, their
personalities and choices lead them down divergent paths, with
the reserved Norman pursuing academics and a stable life, while
the rebellious Paul embraces a more unpredictable and reckless
existence as a journalist. Dad's Preview:
The story follows two brothers through their lives. The younger,
Paul, is a free spirit, who often lands in trouble, much to the
consternation of their stern father, the town's Presbyterian minister.
The older, Norman, leaves to attend college at Dartmouth. When
Norman returns six years later, he fins Paul in more trouble
than he can handle. Please take the time to watch this lovely,
				poignant, bittersweet film. You
will laugh, and cry, but it's worth the tears.
