				Why watch this?
Harrison Ford assumed the role of Jack Ryan. As usual, he
				delivers a great performance.
				Plot Summary:
Jack Ryan is a former CIA analyst who, while on vacation in
London with his family, unexpectedly thwarts a terrorist attack
targeting the British Royal Family. This act of heroism draws
the attention of a ruthless IRA splinter group, the Ulster
Liberation Army (ULA), who then targets Ryan and his family for
revenge. Ryan is forced to return to the CIA and use his
analytical and tactical skills to protect his loved ones and
confront the persistent threat. Dad's Preview:
				After The Hunt for Red
October (1990), I had high expectations for the next Clancy film
				adaptation. Alec
Baldwin was out as Jack Ryan, and Ford was in. I was skeptical, but that was
all for naught. This action-filled story is exciting, but remains personal in scope. Ryan inadvertently gets
involved in an IRA terrorist attack, thus becoming the target of
an Irish radical (Sean Bean is so good!) determined to avenge his brother's death. The
cast is as good as the story-telling.
