				Why watch this? ...
original film from 1961 vs. this charming remake... You decide!
				Plot Summary:
It's the story of two identical twin girls, Hallie (in Napa,
Calif.) and Annie (in London, England), who were separated at
birth after their parents' divorce. Unaware of each other's
existence, they unexpectedly meet at summer camp where they
discover their unique connection. Determined to reunite their
parents, they devise a plan to switch places and orchestrate a
chance meeting for their mother and father, hoping to rekindle
their love and create the family they've always desired. Dad's Preview:
Like the first film, Disney wisely selected
one actress, this time Lindsay Lohan, for the
dual role lead. She's wonderfully precocious and so stinkin'
cute. And like the original film, the selection of the evil
(soon to be) step-mother was also a wise choice in Elaine
Hendrix - man, what a convincing witch! The plot's full of twists
and turns all heading toward the twins getting what they've
always want - to reunite their family.
