				Plot Summary:
Based on the true story of Aileen Wuornos, the film explores the
life of a prostitute who becomes a serial killer. After years of
abuse and hardship, Aileen finds love with Selby, a young woman
who offers her a glimpse of hope and companionship. However,
Aileen struggles to maintain a legitimate life, and when
confronted with violence from a client, she makes a desperate
decision that spirals into a series of murders.
				Dad's Preview:
In one of filmdom's great actress transformations, Theron
literally becomes Aileen Wuornos - the poor, rough, damaged prostitute
who murdered several of her male clients in the late '80s. This
film is painful to watch as her past
always resurfaces to block any attempt she makes to go straight. Things
predictably spiral downward. This film won numerous awards
including Theron's well-deserved Oscar for Best Actress.
