				Why watch this?
This timeless Disney classic will leave a big smile on your
				face.
				Plot Summary:
In Edwardian London, two mischievous children, Jane and Michael
Banks, are in need of a new nanny. Their stern father and busy
mother struggle to find someone who can manage them.
Unexpectedly, the magical Mary Poppins arrives, bringing order
and delight into their lives through songs and fantastical
adventures. With her help, and alongside her good friend Bert,
the children learn valuable lessons and the family begins to
rediscover the importance of joy and connection. Dad's Preview:
				In my youth,
I avoided this film like the plague. Then my son's high school
put on its production and I am happy to admit that I finally
get it. It's not just a pointless series of catchy tunes,
dance routines, and cartoon-inserted penguins. It has a wonderful,
poignant story. For you see, it is not really about
Miss Poppins and the children - I will let you figure the rest
				out on your own.
I highly suggest viewing the wonderful film
				Saving Mr. Banks
				(2013),
				for more insight.
