				Why watch this?
The first Justice League film to hit theaters was good, but
				below fan expectations.
				Plot Summary: After
Superman's sacrifice, Batman and Wonder Woman work together to
recruit a team of metahumans to defend the world. Facing a newly
awakened enemy, Steppenwolf, this unprecedented league of heroes
must unite to prevent a catastrophic assault. Despite the
powerful team assembled, saving the planet from this threat may
				already be too late.
				Dad's Preview:
FINALLY! The greatest DC super-heroes together in one film. We
				wanted The
Avengers (2012), but that's not what we got. Instead,
the executives at Warner Bros., who clearly had lost faith in
director Zach Snyder's vision, decided to force Snyder out,
bring in Avengers' director, Joss Whedon, to basically make a
different film. The result reflects all those interferences. It
has great performances, spectacular special effects, and many
great moments, yet it feels disjointed. You can tell Whedon's
mission was to lighten up the tone. Some of that works, some
does not. Zach Snyder, during COVID, did remake his
				Snyder-Cut (Zack
Snyder's Justice League) in 2021, to realize his plan,
and serve as an ode to DC's disappointed fans.
