Why watch this? It is always a gift to see true joy manifested, even in cartoon form.

Plot Summary: Every emperor penguin can sing. It's how they find their mates, and it is for life. When Mumble is born, he can't sing. He does, however, dance, which is not very penguiny. He becomes an outcast for his little non-conformity. Soon Mumble finds a small gang, called The Amigos, that accepts him, but will he every gain the respect and love of the larger group?

Dad's Preview: George Miller (that's right, the same man who directed the four ultra-violent Mad Max films) brings us this wonderful animated feature about a little Emperor penguin who just wants to dance! Voiced by an all-star cast, this film will warm your heart, and trust me, tickle your toes! (On a personal note, I can't watch Mumble without being reminded of my very talented, and always dancing, son.)
