				Plot Summary:
Fletch, an investigative reporter using the alias Jane Doe,
finds himself embroiled in a bizarre plot when a wealthy man
offers him a large sum to kill him. Intrigued and suspicious,
Fletch delves into the man's claims of a terminal illness,
uncovering a web of secrets and potential foul play related to
his current undercover drug investigation at the beach.
Utilizing his skills in disguise and sharp wit, Fletch navigates
a dangerous path, uncovering a much larger criminal scheme than
				initially anticipated. Dad's Preview:
With Fletch, Chevy Chase finally hit his stride in film.
The plot is not really the focus as much as each scene serving
as a vehicle for a new disguise or entertaining caricature set
				in a doctor's office or
airplane hangar. It is enjoyable, especially for fans of his
career spanning SNL and a few movies co-starring Goldie Hawn.
This likeable caper is never really a serious detective flick,
but that's OK if you're up for a few pratfalls and giggles.
				There's even a sequel.
