				"The universe is a
pretty big place. It's bigger than anything anyone has ever
				dreamed of before.
So if it's just us... seems like an awful
				waste of space. Right?" -
				Ellie Arrowway
				Why watch this? This
is a very creative envisioning of how first contact might occur.
				Plot Summary: Dr.
Ellie Arroway, a passionate SETI scientist, searches for
extraterrestrial intelligence by listening to radio signals from
space. After years of searching, she discovers a powerful signal
from the star Vega that contains instructions for building a
mysterious machine. Despite facing skepticism and political
obstacles, Ellie is chosen to potentially make humanity's first
contact with alien life. Dad's Preview:  This film
is attempts to address humanity's many "alien" questions, without
overly exposing the film creator's motives. Foster, once again,
gives a master class on vulnerable strength. Viewers will have
				their thought's provoked
				and minds blown.
