				Lt. Frank Bullitt
				Why watch this?
Steve McQueen and one of the best car chase scenes on film.
				Plot Summary: In San
Francisco, Detective Frank Bullitt is assigned to protect a
crucial witness for an ambitious politician. When an unexpected
attack leaves the witness dead, Bullitt goes rogue to uncover
the truth behind the murder. He races against time, facing
dangerous adversaries and navigating twists and turns to solve
				the crime. Dad's Preview:
I do wonder how films like Bullitt will hold the
attention of younger viewers, whom I will refer to as the
Fast and the Furious generation. This film, made way before
CGI, was praised for its realism, as it shows the audience how
police procedures work. The cool Steve McQueen portrays Frank
Bullitt, a tough cop who trusts no one. He runs things tight,
and keeps it all inside, opting to shelter his girlfriend from
what his job entails. There IS a great car chase, as
Bullitt, in his famous Highlander green Ford Mustang, pursues
two criminal thugs through hilly San Francisco. In the end, Bullitt gets
his man, and you'll get this film, too, if you apply a little
				cinematic patience.
