"This is my time, sir.
Because I know who I am and I know why I am here. Because I've
earned it. I've waited for it. I've bled for it. And, I'm
finally ready for it. I wasn't before. God knows I wasn't, but I
am now. And I will not let you down. You put the ball in my
hands, and we will win." –

Rams Asst. Coach Mike Martz

Dad's Preview:
Whether you like the man or not, Kurt Warner's sports journey is
incredible. How does a Super Bowl MVP somehow slip through the
recruiting cracks? Was that part of the road a necessary
ingredient to the eventual outcome? This is certainly an
underdog story, but its also a love story and a faith story. It
is not about "luck"... well, maybe bad luck. Everything
that Warner achieved, he earned Big Time. It almost slips into
sappiness, but is elevated by Paquin and Levi, and a strong
performance from Dennis Quaid as Coach Dick Vermil. |
