William Eli SPARGO "Billy" (b. 18 July 1933, TuolCtyCA; d. 24 Sep 1993, Sacramento, SacrCtyCA)     Notes: Bill Spargo Sr. was Sergeant, Btry F 308, Field Artillery during World War I.  He was then a U.S. Forest Ranger. Billy Spargo served in the Korean War. After that he was a Chemist for over 30 years. It appears that he and his wife Norma did not have children.
	2. Hillery Eli WINDHAM (b. 5 June 1921, Klamath Falls, KlamCtyOR; d. 21 Jan 2004, CA) m. Norma Eldira FLINT (b. 14 Aug 1924,CA; d. 13 Aug 2002, CA) Notes: Hillery E. Windham was decorated in World War II. He was a corporal in the U.S. Marines and was awarded the Silver Star for this bravery on Iwo Jima.

Eli Windham was born in Tecumseh, CallCtyTX.  He died at age 66 and is buried in Sonora, CA. Sarah died in Richmond, CA and is supposedly buried at Tecumseh Cemetery. Eli and Sarah lived in Callahan County, Texas before moving to Redding, CA, where they lived for about 40 years.
