TUSCOLA (RNS) - Sebe Munroe, 78, of Lawn, died at 2 a.m. Sunday in Cox Hospital
in Abilene after several months' illness. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the First Baptist Church in Lawn with the Rev. Freddie Johston, pastor, officiating, assisted by Richard Robbins, minister of Lawn Church of Christ. Burial will be in Oplin Cemetery under direction of Fry Funeral Home of Tuscola. Mr. Munroe was born March 27, 1893, in Whitney in Hill County. He moved to Admiral with his parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Ed Munroe, when he was 10. In 1906 he moved to Oplin where he lived 38 years. He married Mattie McKinley March 26, 1917, in Tecumseh. They moved to Lawn in 1944. He was a stock farmer and a member of the Lawn Baptist Church. |
